1. Agreement to Terms Welcome to loveblanche.com, the official online store operated by Maison Blanche Studio LLC (Company ID: 405873513). By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These policies are designed to comply with both Georgian consumer protection laws and international e-commerce standards.

2. Data Protection & Communications We are highly committed to safeguarding your privacy. The personal data collected during checkout or account creation (such as your full name, contact details, and ID) is strictly protected and utilized solely for order fulfillment and improving your shopping experience.

  • User Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate and current information. Maison Blanche Studio LLC bears no liability for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect details.

  • Marketing Consent: We will only send you marketing and promotional communications based on your prior, freely, and explicitly given consent. Providing this consent is not a mandatory condition for registering an account or making a purchase on our website.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment We proudly offer both domestic and global shipping. Delivery timelines and fees are structured as follows:

  • Domestic (Georgia):

    • Tbilisi Standard & Regions: Complimentary (Free) shipping. Delivery takes 2-3 business days within Tbilisi, and 4-5 business days for regional addresses.

    • Tbilisi Express: Available for a flat rate of 20 GEL, guaranteeing delivery within 1 business day.

  • International Shipping: Global transit typically requires 6–7 working days, depending on the destination country. (Note: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by their local authorities).

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Exchanges) We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Item Condition: To qualify, merchandise must be in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition. All original tags, factory packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt/warranty card) must be intact. The Company reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear.

  • Exchange Policy: You may exchange an item for a different product of equal or greater value, subject to paying the price difference. Please note that if you opt for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing All returned merchandise is subject to a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.

  • Our expert team will evaluate the item within 10 calendar days of receipt.

  • Upon receiving your notification to cancel the order and return the item, your refund will be processed no later than 14 calendar days. Please note that the maximum 10-day quality inspection process for the returned item is fully included within this timeframe and will in no circumstances exceed the 14-day limit for issuing your refund.

     

     

  • Important: Approved refunds are credited exclusively back to the original payment method (bank card/account) used for the initial transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted.

Ensure your email subject clearly states the purpose (e.g., "Return Request - Order #123") and attach your order confirmation, along with clear photographs of the product in question.

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
