Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your loveblanche.com purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Our return and exchange policies are designed to be fair and in compliance with international e-commerce standards and Georgian consumer laws.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Exchanges) You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14-calendar-day from the date of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

  • All original tags, factory packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt or warranty card) must be intact and included.

  • The Company reserves the right to reject items that show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Exchange Policy You may exchange your item for a different product of equal or greater value (with the customer covering the price difference). If you choose to exchange your item for a product of lesser value, please note that the remaining balance will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection by our expert team.

Inspection: The evaluation process will take up to 10 calendar days from the date we receive the package.

Upon receiving your notification to cancel the order and return the item, your refund will be processed no later than 14 calendar days. Please note that the maximum 10-day quality inspection process for the returned item is fully included within this timeframe and will in no circumstances exceed the 14-day limit for issuing your refund.

Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited exclusively back to the original payment method (bank card or account) used for the initial transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted.

Warranty & Care We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Maison Blanche Studio LLC offers a 30-calendar-day warranty on all items, effective from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover mechanical damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Mechanically damaged jewelry cannot be repaired or restored by the Company.

  • To submit a warranty claim, you must present the fully completed warranty card, verifying ownership and acknowledging the product care instructions.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim To start a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please email us at info@loveblanche.com. In the subject line, please indicate the purpose of your request (e.g., "Return Request - Order #123"). In the body of the email, kindly include your order confirmation, a brief explanation of the request, and clear photographs of the product. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.
